Base Commander

Base Commander is a competitive multiplayer showdown, where one team emerges victorious by taking command of all the empowered bases scattered across the map. Every individual base your crew successfully holds grants your entire team an epic perk, like deadly bonus attack damage, lightning-fast speed, or even a game-changing tactical advantage. Rally your friends, outplay your rivals, and stake your claim as the ultimate Base Commander!

We are still in early development (plz go easy on us) but we hope to launch the Full Game on Steam in the coming months.  (Please go WISHLIST us the full game will also be free and Wishlists really help a ton!!) This game has been built by a team of 2, so any support we receive is so appreciated, we honestly can't express it enough.  We really do hope to deliver a game that is fast, fun, and refreshing for fans of MOBA style games. 

We have 4 fully playable characters in this demo with more to come soon. If you want to support development, the next three characters in our pipeline are Rescilla (support, mage), Kaltar (traveler, mage), Lucka (guardian, traveler), and Juju (adc, assassin).

Each base your team holds command of grants your entire team a bonus, like the Armor Base grants +20 Natural Armor to everyone on your team, while the Attack Damage Base grants +20 Physical Attack Damage to everyone on your team. We have a lot more bases we're working on, like Ghost Base which makes you temporarily invisible after taking damage, and Gold Base, which gives you passive gold.  

Each base comes with a price tag that your team has to pay before buying it. After a base has been purchased the first time, the opposing team can STEAL it for free, the thief just has to not die for the duration of the steal. But BE WARNED, if you try to steal you are left totally vulnerable and locked in place. 

Base Commander is a multiplayer game. While you're welcome to create a room with just you, it's designed to be a team experience. For this version, we find the best experience is a 2v2 or 3v3 max.  Feel free to create your own rooms as HOST, or JOIN a random room to get into some action with anyone. We strongly recommend HOSTs have a stable, wired internet connection as this can help mitigate any gameplay problems. We do hope to expand the Base Commander map and network for 5v5 style matches.

CONTROLS:

- RIGHT CLICK: Move Character/Select Enemy to Basic Attack

- LEFT CLICK: Select anything in a MENU screen

- QWER: Abilities 1-4 Respectivly 

- SHIFT + QWER: Shows Ability Indicator before key button again to cast

- SPACE BAR - Quick snap camera to you 

- L: Lock Camera on yourself (toggleable if you need it) 

- P: Free camera, don't press this it's really just for making videos and is really hard to control. I mean, you can press it if you really want to but we don't recommend it, repress it to get out of it.
